Say which step went wrong (selecting the frame, the image URLs, the HTML export, copying it or the license key) and copy the message the plugin showed.
Never send passwords or card details. Support will never ask for them.

Lost your license key?

Enter the e-mail address you used at checkout. If it has keys, we send them to that address.
